This article will help you use the Thread Communication Portal to send texts out to numbers that are not already associated with a patient page in the same portal.
To begin, you must be logged into app.threadcommunication.com. If you need a login or need to reset your password, please reach out to support at requests@roostergrin.com or call the office directly at 415-528-2520.
After logging in, click on the Messages tab on the left menu. From there you will see your messages to the right. The button at the top allows you to text out:
Put in the full 10-digit phone number you want to text and click submit. You will be taken back to the messages screen and will be able to construct your message there. Remember you are restricted to 460 characters at a time for texts.
